Kelly grew up in Springfield IL before moving to Rochester, IL to raise her family. Kelly joined the West Lake team after retiring from the Illinois State Board of Education, where she worked for 34 years. She has two dogs, a border collie named Javy and a mini bernadoodle named Maggie, whom she loves to take long walks with. Kelly also enjoys spending time with her family, including her three grandchildren.
